To reserve your spot full payment is required. If you wish to receive the Early Bird Rate, payment in full must be received by November 1st, 2017.

Something to Consider:

Plein aire painting requires a certain amount of preparation and tolerance for the rigors of painting outdoors. In this workshop you will be standing for two to three hours at a time, and on some days, walking up and down the cobblestone streets of San Miguel de Allende carrying your painting gear. (Wheeled carts are not the best choice!) For some this can be physically challenging. So before you sign up for this workshop please confirm that you are up for the experience. If you have any questions or concerns about this you may contact Thomas to discuss it by clicking here...

Trip Insurance:

We STRONGLY suggest you purchase trip insurance. It is inexpensive and can protect you by refunding monies paid if you need to cancel your trip due to an emergency or interruption. Travel Insurance is affordable and can protect you in other ways as well. 

Refund/Cancellation policy...

To register, full payment of $875 is due to hold your spot. Just click the Paypal 'Buy Now' button to get started.

Sometimes stuff happens and we understand. If you must cancel before January 1st, you will receive a full refund minus $100 for administrative purposes. After January 1st no refund will be issued unless we are able to fill your spot.

If the Workshop is cancelled for any reason, all payments will be refunded.
